Ahoy there, party pirates! It’s time to hoist the sails, grab your compass, and set course for birthday gold. The Treasure Quest party drops your little adventurers straight into a high-seas adventure filled with swashbuckling games, daring disco moves, and a healthy dose of pirate mischief. We kick off with a face tattoo fit for a true buccaneer, then dive into a treasure chest of fun — from cannonball dodging to dance battles with the crew. No ships needed, just imagination and a good sense of humour. ⚓ No plank-walking required. Just pirate games, top tunes, and a birthday they’ll be talking about ‘til next voyage. THE SMALL PRINT
1. General Agreement By hiring our studios, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. They apply to all bookings, use of space, facilities, and any additional services. Please make sure you’ve read and understood them before submitting your booking. 2. Booking & Payment Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once we’ve received your booking form and the relevant certificates (insurance, DBS, etc.). Payment Terms We’ll send an invoice at the end of each calendar month for the number of weeks you’ve used the studios. Payment is made via bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice. Payment Deadline All invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue. 3. Cancellations & Refunds If You Cancel Should you need to cancel a session, please notify us with at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, we reserve the right to charge for the missed session. If We Cancel In the rare event we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance, emergency), we’ll offer you a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. 4. Using the Studio Access Times You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes before your booked start time and leave up to 15 minutes after your session ends. This allows you time to set up and pack away. Respecting the Space Please leave the studio as you found it. Any mess or damage may incur additional charges to cover cleaning or repair. 5. Equipment & Extras Studio Equipment If you’ve requested to use our equipment (e.g. mats, disco lights, aerial rig, air track), you must use it responsibly. If you notice any faults, let us know right away. Damage or Loss You are financially responsible for any damage, loss or theft of studio property during your session. Charges for repairs or replacements will apply. Bringing Your Own Equipment Please don’t bring your own equipment unless agreed with us in advance. 6. Health & Safety Insurance Responsibility You must have appropriate public liability insurance in place for your sessions. We’re not liable for injuries, damages or losses that occur during your hire. Safety First Please follow all health and safety guidelines while using the studio. Unsafe behaviour or misuse of equipment may result in your booking being terminated.
